We're excited to announce Strobe2 Expander: Bass Mutation - big, heavy & overdriven bass sounds full of character and movement that morph and distort.
Modulation brings these bass sounds to life. Tempo-synced and free-running LFOs, ramps and envelopes have been carefully tuned to give you expansive depth with held notes, introducing timbral and textural changes.
Create rich basslines with this set of sounds curated by sound designer Tom Solace; ideal for heavy drum & bass, dubstep, industrial and EBM productions. Use the macro controls for each sound to introduce additional modulation to twist these sounds even further.
Sounds in this Strobe2 Expander have been optimised for the ROLI Seaboard RISE. For those using conventional controllers, there are standard versions of each sound featuring dedicated modulation via channel pressure/aftertouch.
